Repo King

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026 · Last updated: 8 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Intellihive Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in Repo King (the “App” and related service). Intellihive Solutions develops and provides Repo King for authorized vehicle-finance, recovery, and agency teams. Organizations that use Repo King decide why their operational case information is processed and which of their authorized personnel may access it. Intellihive Solutions processes that information to provide, maintain, and secure the service on their behalf.

This notice applies to the Repo King Android app and the related administration service. Please also contact your organization for its own privacy notice about case and customer information.

1. Information the App handles

  • Account and identity information: name, email address, phone number when provided, organization/agency, role, account status, and sign-in information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies identity information such as your name and email and a token that the service verifies.
  • Vehicle and case records: vehicle, registration, chassis and engine identifiers; loan or agreement and finance details; customer/borrower names, phone numbers and addresses; assignments, status, notes, activity, and other fields supplied by your organization.
  • Files and organization details: spreadsheets or other files that authorized users select for import, import results and audit history, and company profile details such as office contact information, address, and logo.
  • Technical and security information: an app installation identifier used for session/device management, app and device context sent with requests, IP address and request metadata in security/audit records, and session data needed to authenticate and protect accounts.
  • Location information (optional, with your permission): your phone’s approximate or precise location at the moment you open a vehicle record from search results, as described in section 2.
  • Notifications: the App may show operational notifications, for example about subscription or access-request events. Android lets you manage notification permission in device settings.

The App does not request camera permission. It may also process street or vehicle addresses that an organization includes in its case records; those are part of the organization’s records and are not your device location. File selection is initiated by the user through Android’s file picker.

2. Location information

Repo King asks for Android’s approximate location and precise location permissions. How they are used:

  • What is collected: when you open a vehicle record from search results, the App reads your phone’s current location (latitude and longitude, and the accuracy reported by the phone) and sends it to the service together with that activity entry.
  • Only while you use the App: location is read only while the App is open on your screen. The App does not track your location continuously and does not collect location in the background.
  • Why: so that your organization can review field activity: which vehicle record was opened, by whom, when, and where, and open that point on a map.
  • Who can see it: the location is shown next to your name, the vehicle opened and the time. It is visible to you for your own entries, to the managers and administrators of your organization, and to Intellihive Solutions personnel who operate and support the service.
  • Maps: if someone taps “Show on map”, the coordinates are passed to the map app or website on that person’s device (for example Google Maps), which handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Your choice: Android asks for permission when the App first needs it. You can allow or refuse it, and change that at any time in Android Settings › Apps › Repo King › Permissions › Location. If you refuse, or location is switched off on the phone, the App works as usual and the entry is saved without a location.
  • Not used for advertising: we do not sell location information or use it for advertising.

Organizations that use Repo King decide how they use location information about their own personnel. Please read your organization’s own notice about this as well.

3. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users; provision and manage organization accounts; display and update authorized case records; import and retain operational files and audit history; show an organization where and when its vehicle records were opened (section 2); provide notifications and support; diagnose service issues; enforce role-based access; detect abuse and security incidents; and meet legal obligations. The App is intended for authorized professional use. Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate and that they are authorized to submit it.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information is made available only as needed to provide the service, as directed by the organization, or as required by law. This can include:

  • The organization using Repo King and its personnel whom it authorizes;
  • Google, when Google sign-in is used, to authenticate the selected Google account;
  • Hosting, database, and technical providers used to operate the service: Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India (Mumbai region) for the service’s servers, database and file storage, and Hostinger for the administration website, the domain and email; and
  • Authorities or other parties when disclosure is legally required or needed to protect users and the service.

Those providers process information under their applicable terms and as needed to provide their services.

5. Storage, security, and retention

Information is stored in the service’s application database and file storage, which run on AWS in India (Mumbai region), with encryption at rest enabled for the database and the file storage. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

So that the App can work without an internet connection, it keeps a copy of the records you are authorized to see in an encrypted database on your device. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, removes that local copy from your device. Signing out ends your session but does not by itself delete the local copy.

Information, including the location saved with an activity entry, is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, support the organization’s operations, preserve audit and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Organization-controlled case records and activity history may remain with that organization even if an individual account is closed. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable retention obligations.

6. Account and data requests

You can ask Intellihive Solutions to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your Repo King account. To request account deletion, use the Delete Account page or email info@inayainfotech.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account. Where an organization controls a record or must retain it, we may need to refer the request to that organization or retain the relevant record as required by law or for legitimate audit/security purposes.

Deleting the app from your device does not itself delete an account or server-side records. Read the deletion instructions for how to submit a request.

7. Children

Repo King is designed for authorized business and professional users, not children. We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child’s information was submitted improperly, contact us so we can review the request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy as the App or its practices change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact Intellihive Solutions at info@inayainfotech.com. For questions about your organization’s use of vehicle or customer records, contact that organization as well.
