Request account deletion

For the Repo King Android app

You can request deletion of your Repo King account and associated personal information without signing in or reinstalling the App. Email Intellihive Solutions using the button below.

Include in your request

• The email address or Google account used to sign in;
• Your name and the company or agency you use Repo King with; and
• A clear statement that you want your Repo King account deleted.

Please do not send your password, one-time codes, or vehicle/customer case information by email. We may contact you to verify the request before acting on it.

What happens next

We will review the request and delete or de-identify account information that can be removed, subject to applicable law and security requirements. Because an organization may control operational case records and audit history, some records may need to be retained or handled by that organization. We will explain if any information cannot be deleted and why.

Uninstalling the App or signing out does not submit a deletion request and does not by itself erase server-side account or organization records.
